  • Who should sign up?

    If you are a runner looking to gain additional knowledge about how to fuel your lifestyle and your runs, gain expert knowledge on how to avoid gut issues, improve energy, avoid injury and overall feel good and improve performance. This course has an emphasis on long-distance running such as 1/2 marathons, full marathons and beyond. If you are new to running or an expert, this course welcomes all levels of athletes.

  • Will I get 1:1 personalized nutrition coaching with this course?

    This course includes 10 weekly group nutrition coaching sessions based on specific topics around running. There will be room for questions and answers during the live group sessions, step-by-step individualized worksheets for you to complete and a group forum to communicate with other runners enrolled in the course. 1:1 Nutrition coaching sessions are available to add on to this course for a higher level of support and individualization, but it is not included.

  • How long will I have access to this course?

    You will have access to this course when it starts on August 6th, 2025. The learning resources with worksheets you can download and keep forever!

  • How many participants will there be?

    It depends! This will be a tight-knit community of like-minded runners who are looking to enhance their knowledge about sports nutrition and start to implement step-by-step strategies to improve their running performance and lifestyle.
